Any one interested in serving on CMS SAC should complete the 2009 - 2010 SAC Membership Form. This form is used to collect contact information, create a communication network via email to announce meeting times, dates, and locations as well as collect information to form a proper membership to be compliant with district and state mandates.
* Members who served on SAC during the 2008 - 2009 academic year are requested to complete this form if they wish to serve for the 2009 - 2010 academic year. |
